Terms
These placeholder terms describe how Foundry is meant to be used during the MVP. They are not a finished legal contract.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password you use to sign in. Every new account starts as a student. Instructor access is granted only after an application is approved. Admin access is never self-serve.
Courses and content
Instructors keep ownership of the material they upload, and grant Foundry a license to host, display, and stream it to enrolled students. Courses must pass review before they appear in the public catalog. Free enrollment does not transfer copyright.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to teach, attempt to bypass access controls on private videos, or manipulate reviews. Foundry may remove courses or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payments
Paid checkout is not part of this MVP. Listed prices for paid courses are informational until a later release. Free courses may be enrolled without a payment.
